searching for BUCHANAN, DACOMB'E connections.

Hi there..i am wanting to find out any information on a John Buchanan[wife Jane].who was living in New Zealand and had a son named Reginald David Buchanan[b;1887 at Makerewa N.Z..wife Margeret Tressler..b;1919 Christchurch]..later to have a son named Charles Robert Buchanan[b;1915 Riverton N.Z..wife Melva Hazel Dacomb'e..b;1919]...present family over here in New Zealand have records stating that they are related to George Buchanan[b; 1506 at Killern and was the tutor to the young King James VI..he died in 1582]...also a Dugald Buchanan[1716-1768] has shown up in family tree...the family also believe that their Ancestors originated from Scotland[Loch Lomond?]..i need information on the link to the above mentioned John Buchanan in order to complete the family tree..i.e where he was born and where he came from...if anyone can help me, please reply a.s.a.p...thankyou for your help in advance....Tania[from N.Z]....ALSO ANY HELP SURROUNDIND THE NAME DACOMB'E WOLD BE VERY HELPFUL...AS I AM HAVING SOME TROUBLE TRYING TO LOCATE ANY INFORMATION ON THAT NAME..i.e ORIGIN AND POSSIBLE LINKS TO OTHER PEOPLE WITH THE SAME NAME...NEED HELP...again thanks...Tania[from N.Z]..
