My Grt Grt grandmother was Sarah Waugh. She was born August 21, 1839 in Ohio and died April 12, 1925 in Iowa. She married John Francis Rhodes on March 18, 1863 in Iowa. I have been told that she lived with the George Washington Short household for awhile. George Washington Short married her sister Rebecca Waugh. I have found info leading me to believe that James Waugh and Rebecca Buggs may of been their parents. Do you have any info about this. This line has been one of the hardest to find out anything about. I would appreciate any thing you might know.
