Jennifer,
Wendel Vetter/Fetter is one of the original German immigrants from the Rhinefalz area.
He arrived in Philadelphia Sept. 3, 1742. Wendel bought 15 acres near North Wales, PA. Wendel with his wife is buried in the Wentz's United Church of Church in Worchester Twp., central Montgomery County, PA. They have readable upright tombstones, which are written in the German language. Their daughter Christine Hoffman is buried beside them.
Philip their son is buried in the Old Lutheran Church cemetery. The church is now called the Sharon Lutheran Church in Selinsgrove, PA.
