WP Genealogical Society Quarterly on CD

The GenQuest (powered by Folio)CD that I purchased titled Western Pennsylvania Genealogical Society Quarterly, 1974-1997 and other select publications will not work on the XP operating system. The directions I obtained from the WPGA also don't work. Does anyone have any ideas.
